A curated of collection of digital ephemera related to the transgender, non-binary and other gender non-conforming community online. The subject of these resources focuses on foster connection and community including providing access to information, support and advice. The format of items included are a wide variety in order to include a variety of voices and perspectives as queer people, specifically transgender people, have been widely erased from traditional archives and other curated resources. Since the inception of the internet, transgender people have used the world wide web to connect with one another and share resources as it was a safe way to exchange information and provided people with access that might not have otherwise had in person. The items included are mostly representative of the United States and specifically Chicago, Illinios.
